Return and Refund Policy
All CutterPillar Products come with a 90-day manufacturer warranty. If you receive a defective product, please contact support@cutterpillar.com for help and instructions on how to troubleshoot, return, or receive a replacement product.

Returns
​
If you purchased the product directly from CutterPillar, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

To receive a return authorization, please send an email to support@cutterpillar.com along with a copy of your original receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
